Who They Are: Hailing from the filthy streets of Hollywood, California, comes 4 piece American metalcore outfit Tempting Fate. Busting on the scene like a breath of fresh air, Tempting Fate has set out to deliver a unique blend of music with a style all their own. Although predominately metalcore, Tempting Fate has a dynamic sound, drawing influences from both death metal and electronica. Their music can be described as heavy grooving, melodic, and fast metal focused on catchy choruses and harmonized guitar solos.
Why I Like Them: 2 seconds in and I am loving those guitars. Oh my! This is some serious hardcore metal right here. There are a lot of screamy/growly vocals going on here that are totally awesome. It’s got this weird mashup of a techno, industrial metal vibe going on. There are some change ups to the rhythm that I”m really enjoying. And my I just say what an awesome guitar solo we having going on? I was so fascinated by the music/vocals in this track I forgot to listen to the lyrics.
